1.I totally understand the customer situation, it's quite bad that waiting for almost two months for a shipment. You pay for the order, and we make the products and shipping agent ship the goods, to be precise, customers can receive the goods within 35 days,and then met a super abnormal custom inspection. Actually both customer and me and the shipping agent all the sufferer. It's the first time that the custom inspection takes that long time, normally it won't take longer than 3 weeks,so sick situation for both you and me and the shipping agent, they have a whole container of goods stuck there. 2. We have verified with the freight forwarding manager and the customer has received the goods. This is the first time we have encountered this situation. It is very embarrassing and has never happened before. In future orders, we will use the most reliable shipping channels to ensure that similar incidents will not occur.
